Product Executive Dermatology Division
About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage assigned dermatology and cosmetology product portfolios
• Support brand planning, positioning, and lifecycle management
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns including Visual Aids, LBLs, promotional materials, and digital creatives
• Conduct market analysis using IMS / C-MARC data and other industry databases
• Perform PCPM analysis and track brand growth metrics
• Assist in product launch planning, strategy development, and go-to-market execution
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and strategic analysis
• Coordinate with field force teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies
• Monitor brand performance and recommend corrective actions to achieve targets
• Prepare marketing presentations, training materials, and sales support tools
• Contribute to data-driven decision-making for brand growth and market expansion
Qualification
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) - mandatory
• MBA in Pharma Marketing (preferred)
Experience
• 0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or brand management
• Freshers with strong interest in dermatology marketing are encouraged to apply
Skills
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical marketing principles
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
