Practice Manager-Dental
About the Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Manage and lead all practice staff
· Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental practice
· Handle bookkeeping and liaise with accountants
· Assist at front desk including phone management and appointment scheduling
· Prepare rosters and manage stock control
· Oversee financial management and reporting
· Maintain equipment service schedules and update the practice website
· Drive practice growth and implement improvement initiatives
· Act as the key point of contact for staff and operational matters
Qualification:
· Certificate III in Dental Assisting
Experience:
· Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in dental and management in a similar role
· Experience in people and financial management
· Experience with MYOB highly desirable
Skills:
· Strong leadership and people management skills
· Excellent financial and organisational abilities
· Strong attention to detail and multitasking capability
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· High level of computer literacy
· Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
