Practice Development Coordinator (1 Year Contract)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Perform patient scanning using iTero Intraoral Scanner in assigned clinics
• Analyze scans, run simulations, and generate scan reports
• Assist Invisalign Provider Orthodontists with consultations and Invisalign procedures
• Ensure end-to-end usage of Align Digital Workflow
• Provide daily reports and customer feedback to the Manager
• Work closely with the sales team to support account growth and product adoption
• Train clinic staff on product knowledge, scanner usage, and workflow processes
• Conduct field coaching and in-clinic assessments
• Maintain detailed knowledge of iTero products and troubleshooting processes
• Monitor competitor activities and share market insights
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and maintain product feedback records

Qualification:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) – Mandatory

Experience:
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience

Skills:
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills (MS Windows knowledge preferred)
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented and results-driven approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (8 AM – 8 PM, Monday–Saturday)
• Ability to handle and carry equipment (approx. 10 kg)
