Practice Development Coordinator (1 Year Contract)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Perform patient scanning using iTero Intraoral Scanner at designated clinics
• Analyze scans, run simulations, and generate scan reports
• Assist Invisalign Provider Orthodontists during consultations and Invisalign procedures
• Ensure complete adoption of Align Digital Workflow end-to-end
• Submit daily reports and share customer feedback with the Manager
• Work closely with the sales team to support account performance and growth
• Provide in-clinic training on product knowledge, scanner usage, and workflow processes
• Conduct field coaching and knowledge assessments
• Maintain updated knowledge of iTero products and troubleshooting methods
• Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence
• Maintain quality records and customer product feedback for the India market

Qualification:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) – Mandatory

Experience:
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience

Skills:
• Strong troubleshooting skills (MS Windows knowledge preferred)
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (8 AM – 8 PM, Monday–Saturday)
• Ability to carry equipment (approx. 10 kg)
