Practice Development Coordinator (1 Year Contract)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Perform patient scanning using the iTero Intraoral Scanner at designated clinics
• Analyze scans, conduct simulations, and generate detailed scan reports
• Assist Invisalign Provider Orthodontists during consultations and Invisalign procedures
• Ensure complete implementation of Align Digital Workflow end-to-end
• Provide daily reports and share customer feedback with the Manager
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support account performance and product adoption
• Deliver in-clinic training on iTero product knowledge and workflow processes
• Conduct field coaching and evaluate customer knowledge levels
• Maintain updated knowledge of products and troubleshooting procedures
• Track competitor activities and report market insights
• Maintain quality records and customer feedback documentation

Qualification:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) – Mandatory

Experience:
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience

Skills:
• Strong troubleshooting ability (MS Windows knowledge preferred)
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented and results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to carry equipment (approximately 10 kg)
