Portfolio Team Member (Entry Level)

Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct pharmaceutical market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
• Manage and update Product Identification Forms (PIFs)
• Maintain portfolio trackers and pipeline dashboards
• Support product launch planning, regulatory filing timelines, and market entry activities
• Perform Reference Listed Drug (RLD) analysis and competitive intelligence
• Track Orange Book supplements for patent and exclusivity updates
• Support ophthalmics and oral liquid product analysis
• Contribute to drug shortage and Competitive Generic Therapy (CGT) analysis
• Assist in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for portfolio-related data and updates

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration

Experience
• 0–3 years (up to 5 years considered) of experience in portfolio management, market research, or pharma analytics

Skills
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and generic drug landscape
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment
