Portfolio Management & In-Licensing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Execute end-to-end project management activities across assigned projects.
• Contribute to defining project scope, goals, and deliverables for implementations.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress throughout the project life cycle.
• Coordinate project activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, issues, risks, and escalate to leadership when required.
• Liaise with business partners and stakeholders to manage expectations related to scope, timelines, resources, and cost.
• Establish and maintain effective communication through routine status reports and meetings.
• Ensure effective change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within defined scope.
• Identify opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.

Qualification:
• M. Pharm / MBA

Experience:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management

Skills:
• Experience handling projects for US, EU, and ROW markets
• Basic understanding of formulation and regulatory aspects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Positive attitude with strong team collaboration capabilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Cross-functional team collaboration
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
