Job Description
Frido is seeking a motivated Podiatrist with a background in Prosthetics and Orthotics. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience. The Podiatrist will assess patients, interpret scan reports, provide guidance, and participate in the design and production of custom insoles. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and product satisfaction.

Key Features of the Role
• Assist in diagnosis and treatment planning for various foot conditions using detailed assessments.
• Interpret 2D and 3D scan reports for orthotic design and precise product development.
• Recommend suitable insole solutions, including pre-made and custom options.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, scan data, and product recommendations.
• Upload and manage customer scan data for seamless access in design and fabrication.
• Participate in the design and fabrication of custom insoles using specialized tools and software.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality orthotic care and customer service.
• Provide technical guidance to customers on features, benefits, and usage of Frido products.
• Ensure excellent customer experience by clearly explaining assessments and recommendations.
• Stay updated on product portfolio and advancements to provide informed support.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics with an interest in podiatry.
• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in podiatry or foot orthotics.
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn orthotic design software.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting medical and technical reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Insights
