About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality and safe physiotherapy treatment virtually within a multidisciplinary team
• Provide personalized care to patients at home using digital health technologies
• Conduct assessments, case management, intervention, referrals, and discharge planning
• Support evidence-based practices and participate in service evaluations and quality improvement
• Manage workload effectively while exercising independent professional judgment
• Engage with diverse, vulnerable, and culturally varied patient populations
Qualifications:
• Full registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia
• NSW Unrestricted Driver’s Licence
• Compliance with NSW Health immunization and screening requirements
Experience:
• Extensive clinical experience equivalent to a minimum Level 2 Physiotherapist
• Experience delivering physiotherapy within virtual hospital or Hospital-in-the-Home models preferred
• Proven ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
Skills:
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in virtual physiotherapy delivery
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage demanding workloads
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based care
Working Hours:
• 38 hours per week
