Physiotherapist (Pediatric)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct comprehensive pediatric assessments for infants, toddlers, and children
• Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans based on developmental goals
• Apply evidence-based pediatric interventions such as neurodevelopmental techniques, sensory integration, and motor learning approaches
• Improve motor skills, balance, coordination, strength, and functional participation
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and daily log sheets
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams including occupational therapists, speech therapists, pediatricians, and special educators
• Communicate treatment progress effectively with families and caregivers
• Ensure adherence to clinical SOPs, infection control, and patient safety standards
• Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional development
• Engage in community programs and organizational events

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s (BPT) or Master’s (MPT) in Physiotherapy
• Registered or licensed physiotherapist preferred
• Pediatric specialization or relevant coursework is an advantage

EXPERIENCE:
• Open to freshers and experienced candidates
• Preferred: 0–1 year of pediatric physiotherapy experience
• Clinical internships or pediatric rotations will be considered

SKILLS:
• Pediatric assessment and individualized treatment planning
• Knowledge of neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT), sensory integration, and motor development
• Familiarity with outcome measures such as GMFM, PDMS-2, PEDI, and Bayley Scales
• Strong documentation practices and EMR knowledge
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Excellent communication, family counseling, and teamwork abilities
• High professionalism, adaptability, and time management skills

SHIFT & SCHEDULE:
• Morning, Day, or Evening shifts as required
