Physiotherapist (Ortho)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed orthopaedic and functional movement assessments for patients with chronic pain, post-operative conditions, ligament injuries, spine disorders, sports injuries, and movement dysfunctions.
• Design individualized rehabilitation programs integrating musculoskeletal physiotherapy with neurocognitive and brain-training modules.
• Deliver manual therapy and corrective exercise interventions.
• Incorporate balance training, reaction drills, coordination exercises, proprioceptive enhancement, and functional movement retraining into rehabilitation sessions.
• Apply pain neuroscience-based approaches in treatment planning.
• Educate patients on posture correction, ergonomics, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain structured documentation and track patient progress systematically.
• Collaborate closely with Brain Training and Performance Rehabilitation teams to ensure integrated care delivery.

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT – Orthopaedics preferred).

Experience:
• 1–3 years of clinical experience.
• Experience in post-operative or sports rehabilitation preferred.

Skills:
• Strong manual therapy and orthopaedic assessment skills.
• Knowledge of motor control, movement science, and neuro-motor rehabilitation.
• Ability to integrate brain-based rehabilitation approaches with musculoskeletal care.
• Structured documentation and reporting capability.
• Professional, disciplined, and patient-centric approach.
