Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct musculoskeletal assessments and provide hands-on manual therapy
• Deliver exercise-based rehabilitation programs and progress patients through active rehab
• Build long-term therapeutic relationships with patients to improve outcomes
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and remedial massage therapists for holistic care
• Maintain high standards of patient-centred care and documentation
• Participate in weekly mentoring sessions for assessment, manual therapy, rehab, and personal development

Qualifications:
• Degree in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration

Experience:
• New graduates welcome; experienced physiotherapists preferred
• Strong diagnostic and manual therapy skills

Skills:
• Excellent clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
