Physiotherapist (MPT/BPT)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnose patient conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans across orthopedic, physiotherapy, and wellness domains
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment procedures, and preventive care
• Collaborate with rehabilitation experts and wellness consultants for integrated care
• Maintain accurate medical records, treatment progress, and outcome reports
• Mentor junior staff and provide clinical guidance when required
• Develop and implement clinical protocols aligned with evidence-based practices
• Build strong patient relationships through empathetic and professional service
• Guide patients on structured treatment packages and encourage long-term recovery plans

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT)

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical physiotherapy experience
