Physiotherapist (Male)

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Clinical Assessment: Examine patients’ physical conditions through medical history, observation, and diagnostic tests. Identify movement dysfunctions, injuries, and disorders.
• Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans. Set realistic recovery goals based on patients’ conditions.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Provide manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy. Use techniques such as massage, mobilization, hydrotherapy, or dry needling.
• Rehabilitation & Recovery Support: Assist patients in restoring mobility, strength, and function. Support post-surgical, post-injury, or neurological rehabilitation.
• Patient Education: Teach patients exercises, posture correction, and lifestyle modifications. Advise on prevention of injuries and long-term physical wellness.
• Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Work with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and sports trainers. Provide input for multidisciplinary patient care.
• Documentation & Progress Tracking: Record patient evaluations, treatment plans, and outcomes. Update medical notes for ongoing monitoring.
• Specialized Care (depending on expertise): Sports physiotherapy, pediatric physiotherapy, geriatric care, neurological rehab, cardiopulmonary rehab, etc.
• Research & Continuous Learning: Keep up with the latest physiotherapy techniques and evidence-based practices. Participate in training, workshops, and clinical research.
• Ethical & Professional Practice: Ensure patient confidentiality and dignity. Adhere to professional codes of practice and healthcare standards.

Qualification:
• B.Sc / BPT in Physiotherapy

Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in clinical or hospital physiotherapy practice

Skills:
• Physiotherapy techniques and rehabilitation expertise
• MPT / BPT knowledge
• Patient handling and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team
• Documentation and progress tracking
