Physiotherapist

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide holistic, integrated physiotherapy care to enhance client mobility, independence, and wellbeing
• Deliver centre-based and in-home services across regional locations
• Diagnose, assess, and develop care plans for individuals and groups
• Develop treatment programs to manage movement, pain, balance, and manual handling
• Prescribe and recommend adaptive equipment and modifications
• Educate and train clients and carers on therapy-related practices
• Conduct goal-setting activities, discharge planning, and resolution strategies
• Liaise with healthcare professionals such as GPs, nurses, and occupational therapists to monitor care plans

Qualifications:
• Bachelor in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence with a roadworthy, insured vehicle

Experience:
• Previous experience in Aged Care, Community, or Rehabilitation settings preferred

Skills Required:
• Exceptional clinical treatment and therapy skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Effective time management and clinical problem-solving skills
• Ability to incorporate contemporary theory into practice
• Confidence to meet probity checks required by legislation

Working Hours:
• Flexible full-time or part-time schedule
• Minimum 3 working days per week
