Job Description
Uniting AgeWell is seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join their Allied Health team in Latrobe, Tasmania. The role involves delivering services to older clients funded under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), Home Care Packages (HCP), and private services. You will work both independently and collaboratively within a large multidisciplinary team, with access to clinical supervision and professional development.

Responsibilities
• Provide physiotherapy services to aged care clients (65+)
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver home and centre-based rehabilitation services
• Manage a caseload independently
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical supervision
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Promote independence and functional mobility in older clients
Required Qualification
• Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Full Australian working rights
Experience and Skills
• Experience in Community Aged Care (preferred)
• Experience with clients under CHSP and Home Care Packages
• Strong clinical knowledge for managing various health conditions in 65+ clients
• Ability to work autonomously and manage caseload
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass National Police Clearance and NDIS Clearance
• Working With Children / Vulnerable People Card
• Current flu vaccinations
