Job Description
Uniting AgeWell is hiring a full-time Physiotherapist for their Hobart, Tasmania location. The role involves providing physiotherapy services to older clients accessing Support at Home Packages and private services. You will work both independently and within a large, supportive Allied Health team, with access to clinical supervision and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities
• Deliver physiotherapy services to aged care clients (65+)
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide home-based and centre-based rehabilitation services
• Manage a caseload independently
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary Allied Health team
• Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Required Qualification
• Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Full Australian working rights
Experience and Skills
• Experience in Community Aged Care sector (preferred)
• Knowledge of clinical practice for clients aged 65+
• Ability to work autonomously and manage caseloads
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass National Police Clearance and NDIS Clearance
• Current Working With Vulnerable People Card
• Current flu vaccinations
