Unite Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing Allied Health provider seeking a community-based Physiotherapist for a Part-Time Permanent role (3–4 days per week) based in South Gold Coast, Queensland. The position offers flexibility, autonomy, KPI-based bonuses, travel support, and strong clinical supervision within a supportive and expanding organisation.

Responsibilities
• Deliver personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy services to community clients
• Manage a caseload primarily focused on orthopaedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
• Provide services under Home Care Packages (HCP) and NDIS where required
• Conduct community visits and manage work-from-home administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting
• Work autonomously while engaging in regular clinical supervision and team check-ins
Required Qualification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA Registration
Educational Requirement
• Recognised Physiotherapy qualification in Australia
Important Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Physiotherapist
• Community experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Access to a reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently
