Role & Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee spinal cord injury rehabilitation services in center-based and community settings
• Conduct regular community and partner visits to ensure service quality and implementation
• Provide clinical supervision to physiotherapists and project coordinators through monthly reviews
• Liaise with hospitals for referrals, case coordination and medical collaborations
• Develop, update and deliver SCI-specific training modules
• Facilitate quarterly staff training programs and monitor outcomes
• Ensure timely submission of biweekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Support donor documentation and internal reporting systems
• Strengthen partner engagement through continuous field monitoring
• Implement scalable rehabilitation innovations and quality improvements
Qualification
• MPT (Neurology / Orthopedics / Community Rehabilitation) preferred
• OR BPT / BOT
Experience
• Minimum 1 year (MPT)
• OR Minimum 2 years (BPT / BOT)
Skills
• Strong clinical knowledge of spinal cord injury rehabilitation
• Willingness to travel for community monitoring
• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities
• Team coordination and training facilitation skills
• Proactive, solution-driven and patient-focused approach
