About the Role
Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual assessments and consultations for patients
• Design individualized physiotherapy and lifestyle-based treatment plans
• Understand and co-create patient health goals and objectives
• Guide patients through virtual physiotherapy exercises, stretches and rehabilitation programs
• Conduct live online exercise sessions through video platforms
• Monitor patient progress and modify rehabilitation plans as required
• Encourage patient adherence to prescribed therapy programs and follow-ups
• Support patients in lifestyle modification and symptom management
• Engage patients via calls, chats and video consultations as per SOP
• Educate patients on their medical conditions and rehabilitation plans
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and patient records
• Track treatment outcomes and adherence using data analytics
• Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams for holistic care delivery
• Contribute patient education content for digital health platforms
• Support quality control, training and team leadership initiatives
Qualification
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy
Experience
• Minimum 2 years of physiotherapy experience
