Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans for patients
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities
• Monitor patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment sessions
• Stay updated on advancements in physiotherapy and engage in professional development
• Perform functional mobility training to enhance patients' movement abilities
• Utilize technology and rehabilitation equipment to improve treatment efficiency
• Advocate for patients within the healthcare system
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
• Licensed to practice physiotherapy in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
