Physiotherapist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Assess patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations
• Perform detailed physiotherapy evaluations and clinical assessments
• Formulate individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Conduct mobilization and therapeutic exercise techniques
• Assist trauma and postoperative patients in mobility and gait training
• Support patients in regaining strength, balance, and movement
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and healthy lifestyle practices
• Plan and organize physiotherapy and fitness programs
• Actively participate in learning and development (L&D) activities

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) – required
• Recognised physiotherapy qualification in India

Experience
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Up to 1 year of physiotherapy experience – preferred
• Experience in sports injury management – preferred
• Exposure to hospital or clinical settings – preferred

• Sound knowledge of physiology and medical terminology
• Clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Mobilization and exercise therapy skills
• Patient communication and counselling skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Documentation and reporting skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Professional and team-oriented attitude

License / Registration
• DPCT Registration – preferred
