Physiotherapist

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Engage in hospital and clinic visits for clinical pilots and product validation
• Provide live demos and training sessions to physiotherapists on company products
• Coordinate with orthopaedic, neurological, and sports physicians to develop clinical trial protocols
• Conduct patient assessments using company devices and analyze generated reports
• Prepare and deliver clinical recommendations based on data insights
• Support research and development teams with clinical inputs and documentation
• Conduct CMEs, workshops, events, and conferences to promote product adoption
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clinical efficacy of products
• Perform fieldwork as required for trials, training, and stakeholder engagement

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized institution

EXPERIENCE:
• Clinical experience in physiotherapy practice preferred
• Exposure to research, clinical trials, training, or medical devices will be an added advantage

SKILLS:
• Strong clinical knowledge in physiotherapy protocols and rehabilitation
• Ability to assess patients and interpret clinical data and reports
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills
• Coordination skills to work with doctors, researchers, and internal teams
• Analytical mindset with attention to clinical accuracy and documentation
• Willingness to travel and perform field-based activities
