Physiotherapist

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assess and treat patients with a wide range of physical, musculoskeletal, and functional conditions using evidence-based practices
• Perform detailed patient assessments and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
• Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation programs
• Guide and supervise patients during exercise and therapy sessions to ensure correct techniques and safety
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and modify treatment plans as required
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, wellness, and long-term rehabilitation strategies
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with doctors, fitness trainers, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care
• Ensure high standards of patient safety, satisfaction, and quality of care

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
• Valid physiotherapy license/registration
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, and musculoskeletal disorders
• Proficiency in manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation techniques
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Experience:
• Prior experience in clinical, rehabilitation, or fitness-based physiotherapy settings preferred
• Freshers with strong clinical skills and practical knowledge may also be considered

Skills Required:
• Strong patient assessment and clinical evaluation skills
• Expertise in manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation techniques
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment programs

• Strong observational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare and fitness team
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills
