Physiotherapist

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct patient assessments and enrollments to evaluate physical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Provide hands-on therapy using conventional physiotherapy methods and advanced modalities
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management techniques
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Organize and participate in medical camps and workshops
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with physiotherapy advancements

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
• Valid state license to practice as a Physiotherapist

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in physiotherapy
• Experience in the musculoskeletal department is preferred

SKILLS:
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred
• Specialization in orthopedics, neurology, sports medicine, or related fields is an advantage
• Proficiency in Malayalam is essential for candidates from outside the region
