About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver physiotherapy programs that promote mobility, reablement, and wellbeing
• Support residents by upholding Aged Care Quality Standards
• Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions in well-appointed facilities
• Develop and implement individual and group physiotherapy programs in collaboration with residents, their support networks, and multidisciplinary teams
• Supervise therapy assistants and contribute to staff education and capability development
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
Qualifications:
• Bachelor in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration
Experience:
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with older adults, preferably in residential care
Skills:
• Effective communication, organisational, and leadership skills
• Commitment to best-practice, resident-centred care
Working Hours: Full time
