Physiotherapist

Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct clinical assessments by examining physical conditions through medical history, observation, and diagnostic tests
• Identify movement dysfunctions, injuries, and disorders
• Develop personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Provide manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, and techniques like massage, mobilization, hydrotherapy, or dry needling
• Assist patients in restoring mobility, strength, and function, including post-surgical, post-injury, or neurological rehabilitation
• Educate patients on exercises, posture correction, lifestyle modifications, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and sports trainers for multidisciplinary care
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and outcomes for ongoing monitoring
• Specialize in areas such as sports physiotherapy, pediatric physiotherapy, geriatric care, neurological rehab, or cardiopulmonary rehab
• Stay updated with the latest physiotherapy techniques and engage in continuous learning through training, workshops, and research
• Adhere to professional codes of practice, ensuring patient confidentiality and dignity

Qualification
• Any Graduation

Experience
• 1–7 years of physiotherapy experience

Skills
• Clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of therapeutic interventions like manual therapy, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation techniques
• Patient education and lifestyle modification advice
• Collaboration within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Documentation and progress tracking
