Physiotherapist

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assess and evaluate patients’ physical conditions, mobility limitations, and functional impairments
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on patient needs
• Deliver therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation programs, and hands-on physiotherapy treatments
• Monitor patient progress regularly and modify treatment plans for optimal recovery
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, exercises, and overall wellness
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Ensure adherence to clinic protocols, ethical standards, and best physiotherapy practices

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution
• Valid Physiotherapy license/registration as per regulatory norms

EXPERIENCE:
• Freshers and experienced physiotherapists can apply
• Prior experience in a clinical or wellness setup will be an added advantage

SKILLS:
• Strong patient assessment and clinical reasoning skills
• Expertise in therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation, and hands-on therapy techniques
• Good knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based physiotherapy practices
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to build positive therapeutic relationships and work in a team environment
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical documentation and using healthcare tools
