Roles and Responsibilities:

1 Clinical Responsibilities:
• Conduct interdisciplinary client assessments, goal setting, and care planning.
• Deliver training in wheelchair skills, prosthetic training, adaptive sports, and assistive technology programs.
• Work closely with clients and caregivers with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with clinicians, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders.

2 Research Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical input for assistive technology and product development.
• Support research protocol planning, outcome assessments, and documentation.
• Conduct and assist in user trials, field studies, and collaborative research.
• Participate in dissemination workshops and capacity-building initiatives.
• Travel frequently for training programs, workshops, and research activities.

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy .

Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with persons with diverse disabilities.
• Preferably experience in pediatric, adult, and geriatric neurological and orthopedic conditions.

Skills:
• Strong interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and assistive technology.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Empathetic and positive approach toward persons with disabilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently for program implementation and research.
• Multilingual ability preferred.
• Adaptability and motivation to work in a dynamic research environment.
