Physiotherapist

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy care while ensuring an excellent patient experience at all times
• Work collaboratively with clinic teams and cross-functional teams to maintain clinical and service excellence
• Demonstrate strong ownership of patients’ treatment journeys and represent the organization professionally
• Perform accurate and detailed patient history taking to support effective diagnosis
• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations using appropriate manual therapy techniques
• Provide hands-on treatment including therapeutic exercises, exercise progressions, and movement correction
• Identify incorrect movement patterns, prohibited exercises, and explain clinical rationale to patients
• Use technology-based systems to ensure consistency in diagnosis and treatment delivery
• Record patient diagnosis, functional goals, and track progress throughout the treatment plan
• Monitor treatment outcomes at regular intervals and document end-of-care results
• Follow all operational and clinical processes related to patient care within the organization
• Continuously upgrade clinical knowledge and skills through ongoing learning and mentoring
• Handle patient concerns confidently, including expectation setting and explaining conservative treatment benefits

Skills Required

• Strong clinical assessment and hands-on physiotherapy treatment skills
• Knowledge of manual therapy, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation protocols
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
• Ability to handle challenging patient situations with professionalism and empathy
• Good documentation and process adherence skills
• High standards of grooming, soft skills, and patient interaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) – internship of minimum 6 months completed
• Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) – preferred

Experience After Qualification

• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
• Clinical exposure in musculoskeletal or spine-related care is an advantage

Training & Development

• One-month structured training program focused on spine specialization
• Ongoing mentoring for an additional two months post-training
• Mandatory 1.5-year deed of indemnity towards training provided
