Physiotherapist

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work collaboratively with clinic teams and cross-functional teams to deliver excellent patient care and experience
• Take complete ownership of patient treatment and represent the organization professionally in front of patients
• Perform accurate and detailed patient history taking and clinical assessments
• Conduct thorough physical examinations using manual therapy techniques
• Deliver hands-on physiotherapy treatment including exercise progressions, posture correction, and movement analysis
• Identify incorrect movement patterns, prohibited exercises, and ensure safe rehabilitation practices
• Use technology-driven tools to ensure consistency in diagnosis and treatment
• Record diagnosis, patient functional goals, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately
• Track patient progress throughout the treatment journey and ensure continuity of care
• Follow all operational and clinical processes related to patient management
• Continuously upgrade clinical knowledge and skills to excel as a physiotherapy professional

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) with completion of mandatory internship (minimum 6 months)
• Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) preferred

EXPERIENCE:
• Freshers and experienced physiotherapists can apply
• Willingness to undergo structured training and mentoring is mandatory

SKILLS:
• Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on physiotherapy skills
• Excellent communication, expectation-setting, and patient-handling skills
• Ability to handle patient objections and explain the benefits of conservative treatment
• High level of professionalism, grooming, and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability to structured clinical systems and technology-based treatment approaches
• Commitment to continuous learning and patient-centric care
