Physiotherapist

Roles & responsibilities:
• Provide physiotherapy services to pediatric patients, from neonates to adolescents
• Evaluate and treat sensory-motor and musculoskeletal disorders or delays using exercises, massage, and prescribed modalities
• Develop and coordinate motor performance and care plans with other disciplines within the centre
• Apply pediatric behavior management strategies and tailor interventions according to age and disability
• Establish treatment plans with age-appropriate goals and target timeframes in consultation with families
• Maintain accurate documentation to track patient progress

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy

Experience:
• Relevant pediatric physiotherapy experience preferred

Skills:
• Strong pediatric assessment and treatment skills
• Knowledge of normal child growth and development
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Good documentation and communication skills
• Patient-focused and empathetic approach
