Physiotherapist

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services within Residential Aged Care
· Develop and implement personalised mobility and functional programs
· Conduct care plan reviews and one-to-one therapy interventions
· Facilitate group-based active ageing programs
· Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
· Support residents to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life
· Represent the organisation professionally within aged care facilities and the community

Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
· General registration with AHPRA
· NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
· Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
· Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
· Full Australian working rights

Experience:
· Experience in Residential or Community Aged Care preferred
· Open to early career clinicians through to experienced physiotherapists
· Experience working within a multidisciplinary team advantageous

Skills:
· Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families, and staff
· Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
· Ability to work autonomously in a mobile capacity
· Commitment to person-centred and evidence-based care
