Physiotherapist

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of clients with physical injuries to support rehabilitation and return-to-work outcomes.
• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate injuries, recovery timelines, and workplace capabilities.
• Visit workplaces to assess environment and duties, identifying suitable tasks in collaboration with employers.
• Develop and monitor individualized rehabilitation plans and document progress for reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, employers, and insurers to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
• Conduct motivational interviews and provide guidance for client adherence to recovery programs.

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy
• Registered with AHPRA

Experience:
• Open to new graduates; structured induction, training, and mentorship provided
• Experience in occupational or community rehabilitation advantageous

Skills:
• Strong clinical and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a car
