Responsibilities
• Provide clinical leadership and physiotherapy services across the facility
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care and mobility plans
• Monitor residents’ mobility, pain management, and reablement goals
• Lead falls prevention strategies and manual handling practices
• Oversee safe use and monitoring of mobility aids and equipment
• Ensure equipment maintenance, review, and safe storage

Required Qualification
• Current registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA

• Leadership and strong communication skills
• Knowledge of AN-ACC requirements and Aged Care Quality Standards
• Extensive experience delivering and supervising clinical care in Residential Aged Care
• Experience with falls prevention strategies and sensor-based monitoring
• Customer service focus with ability to engage positively with residents and families
