ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and implement fitness-based physiotherapy programs
• Develop injury prevention, recovery, and performance enhancement protocols
• Conduct functional training, mobility, flexibility, and strength-based rehabilitation
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate session documentation
• Collaborate with fitness trainers, psychologists, and brain training teams
• Educate clients on posture, movement mechanics, and long-term fitness habits
• Provide on-field or gym-based physiotherapy support when required
QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) – Mandatory
EXPERIENCE:
• Freshers with the right attitude are welcome
• Prior experience in fitness, sports rehabilitation, or performance training is a plus
SKILLS:
• Strong interest in fitness, sports rehab, and performance training
• Basic knowledge of exercise therapy, functional training, and biomechanics
• Good communication skills with strong professional ethics
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a multidisciplinary environment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Client-centric approach with strong documentation practices
