Physiotherapist

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, innovative, and personalised physiotherapy treatment.
• Manage a diverse caseload including Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedics, Neurological, Oncology, 1:1 consultations, and Group Classes.
• Implement active-based therapy within a dynamic, well-equipped clinical environment.
• Develop progressive treatment plans utilising onsite clinical exercise facilities.
• Participate in structured case reviews and twice-weekly team meetings.
• Engage in tailored 1:1 mentoring sessions based on experience level.
• Support patients in achieving functional, performance, and lifestyle goals.
• Opportunity to work with local sports teams (where applicable).

Qualification:
• Qualification in Physiotherapy.
• Current AHPRA Registration.
• Lymphoedema Physiotherapists must be an ALA Approved Practitioner (if applying for that role).

Experience:
• New Graduate Physiotherapist
• Experienced MSK Physiotherapist (3–5+ years)
• Experience in active-based rehabilitation preferred.

Skills:
• Strong clinical reasoning and treatment planning abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High level of reliability and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a passion for empowering patients and colleagues.
