Physiotherapist

Roles & responsibilities:
• Assess patients’ physical condition, mobility, strength, and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and other rehabilitation techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
• Coordinate with doctors, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment
• Follow safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols
• Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and rehabilitation planning

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution

Experience:
• Relevant clinical experience preferred

Skills:
• Strong patient assessment and rehabilitation skills
• Knowledge of physiotherapy techniques and treatment modalities
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
