Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide physiotherapy services to pediatric patients as per individualized intervention plans
• Deliver therapy sessions based on goals set by the Developmental Pediatrician
• Maintain and update daily therapy log sheets accurately
• Follow all clinical and non-clinical SOPs without deviation
• Monitor child progress and adapt therapy goals as required
• Communicate effectively with caregivers regarding therapy plans and progress
Clinical & Training Responsibilities
• Attend regular clinical meetings focused on learning and professional development
• Actively contribute and share clinical knowledge during team discussions
• Participate in internal training and skill enhancement programs
Engagement & Organizational Activities
• Actively participate in organizational events and welfare initiatives
• Support a collaborative and child-focused work environment
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
Experience
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• 1 year of pediatric or physiotherapy experience preferred
Skills Required
• Experience or interest in working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a pediatric care environment
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
