Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessment of patients with neurological conditions
• Develop personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Implement aquatic and land-based physiotherapy interventions
• Improve patient mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Educate patients and families on aquatic therapy benefits and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with senior doctors, occupational therapists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Communicate patient progress with consultants and research teams
• Participate in research, quality improvement, and professional development activities
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
• Valid physiotherapy licensure in India
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
Skills
• Strong neurorehabilitation and aquatic therapy skills
• Excellent communication and patient handling abilities
• Good documentation, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
Preferred
• Certification or specialized training in aquatic therapy
