Physiotherapist

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide psychotherapy and behavioral support to employees to promote mental well-being
• Apply Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques for behavior modification and development
• Conduct counseling sessions focusing on stress management, emotional resilience, and workplace challenges
• Assess individual needs and design personalized therapy or intervention plans
• Support employees in improving coping mechanisms, productivity, and emotional balance
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with management or healthcare teams when required to support employee wellness programs

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree in Physiotherapy / Psychology / relevant healthcare or behavioral science field
• Certification or strong working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in psychotherapy, behavioral therapy, or employee wellness programs preferred
• Experience working with diverse individuals in organizational or clinical settings

SKILLS:
• Proficiency in ABA techniques and behavior modification strategies
• Strong counseling and interpersonal communication skills
• Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality
• Good assessment, documentation, and reporting skills
