Physiotherapist

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assess patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities
• Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and electrotherapy
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient assessment and treatment records
• Ensure patient safety and infection control during therapy sessions
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in rehabilitation programs and multidisciplinary rounds
• Follow hospital policies, NABH standards, and ethical practices

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy

EXPERIENCE:
• Relevant clinical experience preferred

SKILLS:
• Diagnostic evaluation and patient assessment
• Treatment planning and rehabilitation techniques
• Manual therapy and electrotherapy knowledge
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
