Physiotherapist

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct timely assessment and treatment of a mixed caseload of inpatients
• Facilitate safe discharge planning for patients from the hospital
• Improve efficiency of inpatient workflow and departmental operations
• Supervise staff to avoid delays in patient waiting and daily activities
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop effective, clinically reasoned treatment plans
• Discuss cases and treatment plans with physiotherapists at Meitra Hospital and associated spoke facilities
• Ensure safe and proper use of physiotherapy equipment
• Maintain professional development by staying updated with new treatment trends and research
• Prepare monthly patient and financial reports for hub and spoke facilities

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)

Experience:
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Prior clinical exposure is an added advantage

Skills Required:
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Ability to manage inpatient caseloads efficiently
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Team-oriented approach and professional conduct
