Physiotherapist

Role & Responsibilities
• Assess patients’ functional status and plan, implement, evaluate physiotherapy treatments
• Ensure safe and effective discharge planning and home care programs
• Maintain accurate patient documentation, clinical notes, and HIS entries
• Communicate patient progress with consultants and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise physiotherapy assistants, students, and volunteers
• Conduct in-service training and participate in departmental meetings
• Ensure adherence to departmental policies, infection control, and safety standards
• Maintain physiotherapy equipment and promote a safe clinical environment
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and professional development activities

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
• Relevant clinical experience in hospital or rehabilitation settings preferred

Skills
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Good documentation and communication abilities
• Leadership, supervision, and training capabilities
• Knowledge of safety, infection control, and quality improvement practices
