Roles & Responsibilities
• Assess patients remotely for pain, injury, mobility, and functional limitations
• Conduct diagnostic evaluation and clinical assessment online
• Create personalised physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Deliver guided physiotherapy sessions through digital platforms
• Demonstrate and supervise therapeutic exercises and mobility drills
• Monitor patient recovery and modify treatment plans accordingly
• Track patient outcomes and treatment progress
• Educate patients on posture correction and movement mechanics
• Provide injury prevention and long-term recovery guidance
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation digitally
• Prepare clinical notes, reports, and progress summaries
• Coordinate with Mantra Care clinical team when required
• Ensure ethical and patient-centred physiotherapy practice

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT)
• Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) – preferred
• Recognised physiotherapy qualification in India

Experience
• Minimum 2 years of clinical physiotherapy experience
• Experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
• Exposure to orthopaedic, sports, neurological, or rehabilitation cases
• Experience in patient assessment and treatment planning

Skills
• Strong physiotherapy and rehabilitation expertise
• Diagnostic and clinical evaluation skills
• Exercise therapy and recovery program knowledge
• Clear communication and patient counselling skills
• Ability to guide patients in a remote setting
• Documentation and reporting skills
• Ethical and professional clinical approach
• Familiarity with digital healthcare platforms
