About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized care plans, and implement strategies to meet clients’ unique needs
• Design individual and group exercise programs to optimize function and independence
• Assess and provide equipment solutions to support client autonomy and wellbeing
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to foster collaboration
• Maintain accurate progress tracking and records
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and Therapy Assistants to achieve client outcomes
Qualifications:
• Current full registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist
Experience:
• Previous experience working within aged care
Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate quality care
Working Hours: Part-time (rotating between Fitzroy Crossing and Derby; 2 weeks Derby, 1 week Fitzroy Crossing)
