Physiotherapist

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Adhere to organisational policies and procedures
• Diagnose, assess, and treat patients’ physical problems/conditions
• Develop and review treatment programs encouraging exercise and movement through a variety of techniques
• Document patient case notes and reports, and collect statistics
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to exchange information and refer patients when necessary
• Perform any tasks assigned by superiors
• Provide proper advice regarding home programs
• Conduct case study presentations
• Ensure patient testimonials are obtained from discharged patients
• Educate patients and families about conditions and explain the rationale of treatment
• Utilize JOGO Biofeedback for assessment and therapy wherever applicable

Key Deliverables:
• Ensure patient care and satisfaction for self and junior therapists
• Conduct case studies and presentations regularly
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient cases and testimonials
• Contribute to the development of new treatment procedures
• Stay updated on recent advances in physiotherapy and treatment techniques

Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
• Valid registration/license to practice in India
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and patient-handling abilities
