Job Description
Intrinsic Health is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join its multidisciplinary team on the Sunshine Coast. This full-time, in-person role is based at the Vitality Movement Centre and focuses on delivering physiotherapy services across home, community, clinic, and gym-based environments.

The physiotherapist will primarily support aged care and Support at Home clients, while also working with NDIS participants and private referrals. The role offers an opportunity to build and shape the physiotherapy service locally while collaborating with a diverse allied health team.

Responsibilities
• Conduct physiotherapy assessments and treatments across community, home, clinic, and gym environments
• Provide rehabilitation programs for mobility, balance, strength, and post-surgical recovery
• Deliver falls prevention, chronic disease management, and functional rehabilitation programs
• Support aged care and Support at Home clients to improve independence and physical function
• Provide services for NDIS participants and private clients
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, speech pathologists, exercise physiologists, and dietitians
• Manage caseloads and develop referral relationships within the local community

Required Qualification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency

Important Requirements
• Previous clinical experience (not suitable for new graduates)
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work independently
• Experience or interest in aged care, NDIS, community rehabilitation, or home care services
• Valid driver’s licence
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Evidence of COVID-19 and influenza vaccination
• Full working rights in Australia
• Willingness to travel across the Sunshine Coast region
