Physiotherapist

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assess patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities
• Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans
• Use therapeutic techniques to improve mobility, strength, and reduce pain
• Provide rehabilitation support for post-surgical, injury-related, and chronic conditions
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and rehabilitation practices
• Maintain accurate treatment records and document patient progress
• Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams for holistic patient care
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and quality care at all times

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized institution
• Valid physiotherapy license/registration

EXPERIENCE:
• Hands-on clinical experience preferred
• Experience in home healthcare, rehabilitation, or chronic condition management is an advantage

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Empathy, patience, and patient-centric approach
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and reports
• Knowledge of modern physiotherapy techniques and tools
