Physiotherapist

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide physiotherapy services to clients in the community across Aged Care and NDIS programs.
• Support clients to achieve their goals, enhance independence, and improve overall quality of life.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Employment Consultants, and Rehabilitation Counsellors.
• Champion client mobility, independence, and wellbeing.
• Deliver client-centred care with compassion and flexibility, adapting therapy to individual needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress.

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy
• Registered with AHPRA to practice in Australia

Experience:
• Open to new graduates
• Experience in community, aged care, or NDIS physiotherapy is desirable but not essential

Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Client-focused and compassionate approach
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
• Vietnamese speaking skills advantageous
